I was driving to work this morning with my right hand holding the wheel and left hand holding the cell phone. I checked up on my family back home and everybody is doing ok. I can't wait to see them again next year. I skipped Kevin and Bean show on KROQ on the way to work this morning, because I feel a little educational than usual. Must be a cheap mocha XXtreme from AMPM. I caughtup with news from all around the world and there are a couple of news that caught my attention.
1. North Korean and their new toy, nuclear weapon or a weapon of mass destruction. Here are some recaps from yahoo news. The North's official Korean Central News Agency said the underground test was performed successfully using the country's own technology and that no radiation leaked from the site.
My POV:So they know for sure that radiation did not leak from the site? I mean we wont know for sure till several years later or when these people start having 2 headed babies or pork with zebra-print skin right?
The test "marks a historic event as it greatly encouraged and pleased the (Korean People's Army) and people that have wished to have powerful self-reliant defense capability," KCNA said in an English-language dispatch, adding that it was "a great leap forward in the building of a great prosperous powerful socialist nation."
My POV"These people need slaps on their faces. They think communism is a way to live their lives..but most of the rest of the world disagree..so why don't they keep it to themselves and stay within their own country.
If details of the test are confirmed, North Korea would be the ninth country known to have nuclear weapons, along with the United States, Russia, France, China, Britain, India, Pakistan and Israel.
MY POV: Wow I did not know that India has nuclear weapons. I guess I should not be surprised, they are pretty smart and everybody there is earning a MBA or computer engineer degree like they way we are earning high school diploma here in the us. Watch out USA. So far they have been the most peaceful country though, so I have to give them a prop for that. I guess Buddhism is the key.
A nuclear North Korea would dramatically alter the strategic balance of power in the Pacific region and seriously undermine global anti-proliferation efforts. Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe said the test would mark the beginning of a "dangerous nuclear age" in north Asia.
My POV:Ok so I guess I should start worrying now. I mean they are not that far from Thailand (Southeast Asia) Yikes!
The North has active missile programs, but it isn't believed to have an atomic bomb design small and light enough to be mounted on a long-range rocket that could strike targets as far as the U.S.
My POV:Can you imagine if these are not true and they actually have a bomb design small and light and ready to target us?
Impoverished and isolated North Korea has relied on foreign aid to feed its 23 million people since its state-run farming system collapsed in the 1990s following decades of mismanagement and the loss of Soviet subsidies.
MY POV:So obviously this communalism system is ineffective why are they still holding on to this dump principal.
The North has refused for a year to attend international talks aimed at persuading it to abandon its nuclear ambitions. The country pulled out of the Nuclear Nonproliferation Treaty in 2003 after U.S. officials accused it of a secret nuclear program, allegedly violating an earlier nuclear pact between Washington and Pyongyang. The North is believed to have enough radioactive material for about a half-dozen bombs. It insists its nuclear program is necessary to deter a U.S. invasion.
MY POV:Well I guess US officials were true then. Because now they have nuclear to test (and already tested underground). These liar bastards are using US invasion as an excuse. Their bigger plan is to control the world.
2. Tower record is filing bankruptcy. I guess it is a sign of the new era..online music download alone announced that their sales are rising at 2% per month.
