How to marinade chicken /pork or tofu satay

Ingredients 
1 lb of chicken (white meat) or pork or fried tofu 
1 can of coconut milk (13.5-14 oz.)
1 - 1 1/2 teaspoon of Grounded black pepper 
One  lemon grass stalk 
1  -1 1/2 teaspoons of ginger powder
1 1/2 - 2 teaspoons Turmeric powder
2 1/2 -3 teaspoons of curry powder
5 tablespoons of Half and half 
3-4 table spoons of vegetable oil 
3 tablespoons Sugar
2 teaspoons salt 

Instructions. 
1. Cut lemon grass stalk into smaller piece (1 inch long) and Blend lemon grass stalk, coconut milk in food  processor or blender. Blend it real well until all the pieces turn watery. 

2. Then add curry powder, turmeric powder, salt and sugar and black pepper. Mix all these ingredients well with blender

3. Then put vegetable oil & half half  and mix them well with hand. 

Pour this marinade sauce over chicken or pork or tofu and marinade meat over night.
